“Design to Sell” in-home consultation (up to 2 hours): $250
Getting ready to sell your home? Our team works with real estate listing agents and homeowners alike to complete a comprehensive walk through of the entire home and offer recommendations on how to make your space shine for professional listing photos, open houses and showings, predominantly using furniture already in the home. For a minimal investment, you’ll walk away with a detailed list of suggested home edits to highlight the best features of your home and the best overall presentation for potential buyers.
Staging Accessories & Styling (2-month rental): $300
Our designer accessories package includes a variety of faux florals, fresh bathroom towels, throw pillows and lamps, as well as various shelf décor, vases and bowls to accentuate the furniture and décor already in the home.
Staging Accessories + Art & Styling (2-month rental): $400
Because well-selected art pieces can transform a space from uninspired to purposefully designed, our accessories + art package includes all accessories listed above plus wall art.
Full Service Home Staging Design:
Professionally-staged homes not only allow prospective buyers to visualize the property as a future home, but also sell more quickly than those that are not staged, or completely empty. With our staging design expertise and knowledge, we’ll design a clean, custom look that showcases the best features of the home.
